Information you provide
Our business inquiry form collects your business name, contact name, email address, city, neighborhood, package or type of interest, an optional suggested city and the story you choose to share. When you arrive from a city page or demo reel, the inquiry also includes the referring city and source (such as a landscape or vertical reel) so our team can understand your request. If you email us, we receive your message and any information you include. Please do not submit payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How we use and share it
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss availability, develop proposals and manage our business relationship. Submissions are saved privately on our InMotion-hosted server and emailed to Liz, Craig and Jess on our team using our Google-hosted business email accounts. Our hosting and email providers process information to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security or prevent abuse. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting systems may record ordinary access and security information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. The inquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions, along with security tokens, duplicate checks and a hashed IP identifier for rate limiting. Blocking the session cookie may prevent the form from working. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics tools on this launch site.
Fonts and some illustrative images load from Google Fonts and Unsplash. Your browser connects to those providers and sends ordinary web request information, including your IP address and browser details. Their own privacy practices apply. External links, including map links, take you to independently operated services.
Storage, retention and security
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential or ongoing business relationships, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS and restrict access to inquiry records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our hosting and email services may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or ask us to stop follow-up messages, by emailing liz@nextexittv.com. Include enough detail to locate your inquiry; do not send sensitive identifiers. We may need to verify your request and retain information when legally required. Other privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children, purchases and updates
This site is intended for adult visitors and business contacts and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. We do not currently create visitor accounts or accept payments. Merchandise selections are downloaded locally as a product brief and are not orders.
